Reduce Colon Cancer Risk By Eating These Vegetables

Australian researchers have drawn some interesting conclusions, while assessing the risk of colorectal cancer. After examining the eating habits of nearly 1,000 patients with colorectal cancer, together with other 1021 controls without the disease found that consumption of certain fruits and vegetables with a lower risk was too ill with colon cancer for the top links and bottom.

While fruits and vegetables has been widely studied in relation to the risk of colon cancer, it has not worked in terms of food intake and on the website of colorectal cancer. If these results are repeated in larger studies, could the recommendations for increased consumption of vegetables as a way to lower risk of cancer in the colon further reduced.
