Many of them suffer from a lack of vitamin D because of this. This vitamin is often called the "sunshine vitamin" also from other sources such as foods rich in vitamin D available, or dietary supplements.
But let's be honest, how many people really aware of what foods to eat for vitamin D and other vitamins and minerals?
